MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Every IronYeti Productions item is printed after you order it. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order. The fit is oversized, so size down for a closer fit.

 

WRONG, DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at anthonysailedaway@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll reprint and resend the item, or refund you, at no cost to you.

 

REFUNDS

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the money to show up.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are sent to print about an hour after you place them. To cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can't cancel once printing has started.
